Hardy Uncatalogued 11' Two Piece Greenheart RodThis rod is a classic from Hardy but I have been unable to identify it. It is a heavily built (probably for spinning) two piece greenheart rod with lockfast ferrules, angled bridge rings, sheet cork handle with brass fittings and brass lined tip ring. I have scoured the book "The House that Hardy Brothers Built" but it doesn't fall into any model listed there. The serial No is 31256 dating the rod to 1895.
If you can identify it I would be glad to hear from you.
