Orvis Battenkill 11/12 Salmon Fly Reel in Pouch

This fly reel, is designed for salmon is manufactured in the UK for Orvis. It is one of their famous Battenkill range, this is a disc 10/11. The reel is  3.75" diameter with a quick release spool, variable drag on the back and a line guide designed to permit both left and right hand use. The edge of the spool is also designed to permit additional drag to be applied by the angler when required playing the larger fish.  The reel is fitted with a line in very good order and comes with an original orvis zipped pouch.

As the photographs show, everything shows virtually no sign of use and is in excellent condition throughout.
