Mitchell 602 multiplying sea reel

This reel was manufactured by Mitchell of France and was designed for beachcasting. It has a spool width of nominally 40mm and is fitted with all the features that one would expect for a quality reel of that period; a rear mounted check, star drag, a lever operated free spool mechanism and a counterbalanced winding lever.
