Just 25 hand-numbered volumes were offered for sale. Bound in Grade I Harmatan black leather, this deluxe edition has five raised bands to the spine; author's name and book title hand-tooled in silver on the spine; an illustration from the book of a skeletal head of a Goliath Tiger Fish embossed in silver in a recess on the front board;  edged in silver. The edges of the book are silver; endpapers are in forest green water-grained silk, with matching head & tail bands and silk ribbon marker. The new logo for River Reads Press is embossed in silver on the backboard.

This deluxe special edition is presented in a black cloth slip case with curved edges. Each copy is signed by Jeremy.
