The rod has a cork handle with alloy sliding rings for attaching the reel with the usual Hardy stamping on one, The whole cane butt section, making a lighter rod that the usual Hardy Wanless models is inscribed H W Favourite 10lb. the tip section is split cane with an agate tip ring. 	Hardy Kennet built cane fly rodA 92926 This is a Hardy Kennet. Quite a rare rod. It is original throughout although the spare tip is a little bit short but has had the tip ring put on again. The varnish is starting to craze with age. However, this is a high quality rod with nickel silver fittings and a reversible butt spear built into the handle. Comes with original rod bag. 	Hardy LRH No. 2 cane rodE96506 Hardy LRH No. II This rod is in very good condition, original throughout. It has a small diameter handle which I find a bit small but the rod has a powerful action and have used it for light deadbaiting for pike with success. 	Hardy Murdoch 11' Cane Spinning Rod with spare tip Hardy built cane rods are often regarded as the finest rods of the period, particularly as the range of rods was extensive with many being made individually to suit the more affluent customers (and they needed to be). This is a classic three piece 11 foot built cane salmon spinning rod with a spare tip having all of the trademark Hardy fittings, lockfast ferrules, W reel seat, angled bridge rings, agate butt and tip rings, brass fittings with good patina etc. The rod name "The Murdoch Rod" and Palakona 246936 patent number are printed onto the cane . On the butt cap is stamped E19397 (1930) and Hardy Bros. Makers Alnwick. The cork handle is in excellent condition as are most of the intermediate whippings although the varnish is crazed. The rod comes with the original bag which is in very good condition, it even has the original ferrule stoppers. What more could you want	Price: £140.00 Quantity:

	Hardy Murdoch 12' Cane Spinning Rod Hardy built cane rods are often regarded as the finest rods of the period, particularly as the range of rods was extensive with many being made individually to suit the more affluent customers (and they needed to be). This is a classic three piece 12 foot built cane salmon spinning rod with all of the trademark Hardy fittings, lockfast ferrules, W reel seat, angled bridge rings, agate butt and tip rings,brass fittings with good patina etc. The rod has Palakona printed onto the cane with the patent number. On the butt cap is stamped A 13244 (about 1906) The Murdoch and Hardy Bros. Makers Alnwick. The cork handle is in excellent condition as are most of the intermediate whippings (one is coming loose) although the varnish is crazed. The rod comes with the original bag which is need of some TLC with minor tears and a repair to the bottom section.	Price: £120.00 Quantity:

	Hardy palakona rodThis three piece built cane fly rod is one of Hardy's famed Palakona rods. It comes in three sections with lockfast ferrules to keep the angled bridge rings in line when assembled. 	Hardy Tourney Beachcaster 3-6ozThis Tourney two piece beach caster if from the stable of rods developed by hardy with the Moncrieff Rod Development Company. This rod is designed for casting weights of 3-6 oz. The other features of note are the alloy reinforcement of the ferrules and the removable but ring making transportation so much easier. 	Hardy Tourney III BeachcasterThis Hardy Tourney II is a two piece beachcaster designed for 6-9oz caring weights It has a folding butt ring making transportation so much easier and screw reel fitting. it is one of the rods developed by Hardy with the Moncrieff Rod Development Company. 	Hardy Uncatalogued 11' Two Piece Greenheart RodThis rod is a classic from Hardy but I have been unable to identify it. It is a heavily built (probably for spinning) two piece greenheart rod with lockfast ferrules, angled bridge rings, sheet cork handle with brass fittings and brass lined tip ring. I have scoured the book "The House that Hardy Brothers Built" but it doesn't fall into any model listed there. The serial No is 31256 dating the rod to 1895. 	Hexacane 9'6" split cane fly rodThis Hexacane three piece fly rod is about 9'6" long with close whippings, agate but and tip rings with snake intermediate. 	Ogden and Scotford Vintage Salmon RodThis is a classic greenheart salmon rod from Ogden and Scotford of Cheltenham. The rod is in three pieces with a spare tip making it 15' long fitted with brass fittings and agate lined butt and tip rings.
